Data controller

What we collect, and why

We only collect what we need in order to answer you. When you submit the contact form on this site we receive:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give it
• the service you selected, if you selected one
• the message you wrote
• the page the message was sent from

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry and, where the enquiry leads to an agreement, the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

If you apply for a job by email, we process the information you send us for the purpose of assessing your application.

Who processes the data

Form submissions are handled by Basin (Basin, a service by Waterlily Software), which receives the submission, forwards it to us by email and stores it for up to 180 days before deleting it. The form is protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which processes technical information about the visit in order to tell a person from a bot. The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not lead to an agreement is deleted when it is no longer relevant to us, and no later than 12 months after we last heard from you. Where an agreement is entered into, the relevant documentation is kept for as long as bookkeeping legislation requires.

Cookies

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies without your consent. Consent is managed by Siite's own consent tool, which is switched on when the site goes live; the cookie declaration and the option to change or withdraw your consent live there. Until it is on, all consent categories are set to denied by default and no tracking runs.

Google reCAPTCHA is loaded together with the contact form. The embedded Google map loads when you scroll to it, and Google may set its own cookies when it does.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to have the processing restricted, to object to it, and to receive the data in a machine-readable format. Write to servicetak.dk@gmail.com and we will answer within one month.

If you disagree with how we process your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the way we handle data changes. The version you are reading is the one in force.
